Today’s Theta Chi Thursday features brother Spencer Hubenette. Spencer is a senior from Santa Rosa, CA, who pledged in the spring of 2024. He is currently studying finance with minors in both economics as well as risk & insurance. After graduation he plans to become a financial advisor. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, basketball, as well as going to the gym. A fun fact about Spencer is that he was born on Christmas Day! His favorite Theta Chi memory is going to Cabo with fellow brothers in the Spring of 2025. Give it up for Spence!🐍👏

This week’s Theta Chi Thursday features brother Nate Lannert. Nate is a senior from Petaluma, CA studying finance with a minor in economics. He also plans to become a stock analyst after graduating. Nate was initiated into Theta Chi in the fall of ‘23, currently serving as our athletics liaison. In his free time he likes to play basketball and go to the gym, and a fun fact about Nate is that he decided to join Theta Chi because of his older brother Jake, who he does just about everything with. Nate’s favorite Theta Chi memory was his trip to Cabo San Lucas for spring break in 2025! Give it up for Nate!👏🐍

This Theta Chi Thursday features brother Gianni Faria! Gianni is a senior from Lincoln, CA studying business management with a minor in construction management and plans to become a construction manager after graduating from UNR. He pledged in the fall of ‘23 and since then has a served as our brotherhood chairman and currently serves as our philanthropy chairman. In his free time, Gianni loves to snowboard and go to gym. A fun fact about Gianni is that he is a die hard Raiders fan and has been able to wear an official Super Bowl ring. His favorite Theta Chi memory is going on a spring break trip to Cabo with his fellow Theta Chi brothers! Give it up for Gianni!🐍👏

This weekend, Chapter President Giovanni Lucchesi, Alumnus Brother Pete Mulvihill, and Alumnus Brother Carson Fish attended the 170th Anniversary Convention in San Antonio, TX.

Beta Phi was recognized for three total awards including:
- USO Fundraising Award for running a successful philanthropy week leading to a $20,000 donation
- Recruitment Award for recruiting and initiating a 34 man pledge class
- Chapter Achievement Award for excellence in major categories including: Alumni Engagement, Campus Involvement, Chapter Operations, Community Service, Integration of The Resolute Man, Philanthropy,
Ritual, Safety, Scholarship, and Social Programming.

We are extremely proud of be recognized for are the hard work and dedication that goes in running a successful chapter. This would not be possible without the help of every member of the chapter!
