🕯️🇳🇵 Candlelight Vigil for Nepal

UNR students came together for a candlelight vigil to remember the victims of the devastating floods in Nepal and to stand in solidarity with the affected families and communities.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Nepal. 🇳🇵❤️

The catastrophic flood has hit Nepal and made a colossal loss of life, and property. This has saddened all of us Nepali inside and outside of Nepal😢😢. On this difficult time, NSA family of Univeristy of Nevada, Reno and Nepali Reno Community thoughts and condolences are with bereaved families. We pray to god to see all the missing families, workers, policeman, nepal armies and foreigners are still safe and are in good health🙏🙏.
On this difficult moment let’s put our hands together for help🤝🤝

Nepalese Students Association (NSA), University of Nevada, Reno, would like to extend heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to everyone who joined us in celebrating Dashain and Tihar 2082 here in the realm of UNR, Reno.
Your presence, performances, smiles, and support truly filled the evening with light, laughter, and the spirit of our Nepali unity. From the blessings of Dashain to the sparkling lamps of Tihar, every moment reminded us of our shared roots and the vibrant energy of our community.

भ्रष्टाचार र सामाजिक सञ्जालमाथिको असंवैधानिक प्रतिबन्धविरुद्ध युवा पुस्ता—विशेषगरी Gen-Z द्वारा आरम्भ गरिएको अहिंसात्मक आन्दोलनमा सरकारको प्रतिवादात्मक र हिंसात्मक प्रतिक्रिया अपराधजन्य एवं अप्रिय छ। यस अवस्थामा Nepali Student Association, UNR:
सरकारी दमन र नरसंहारको विरोध गर्दछ।
आन्दोलनमा साहसपूर्वक आवाज उठाएका युवाहरूले आफ्नो लोकतान्त्रिक अधिकार प्रयोग गर्दा सरकारद्वारा गरिएको हिंसा, दमन, र अत्याचारप्रति हामी कडा आपत्ति प्रकट गर्दछौं। स्वतन्त्र अभिव्यक्ति र युवा आवाजमाथिको हिंसात्मक हस्तक्षेप मानव अधिकारको गम्भीर उल्लंघन हो।
