Nothing compares to the warmth of seeing so many familiar and new faces gathered together throughout the holidays — sharing delicious meals, celebrating under the Sukkah, and enjoying every single moment as one big VCU family. 🤍

Sukkot teaches us that true unity happens when we bring all different kinds of people together — and this past week filled with incredible events proved just how strong and vibrant our community is!

What a special afternoon on the VCU Medical Campus! 🩺🦷💙

There’s something really exciting about seeing so many Jewish medical and dental students come together — meeting each other, connecting, and building a Jewish community right here on the medical campus.

And of course, it’s always better with Lulav & Etrog 🌿🍋 and some good bagels & lox 🥯

This is just the beginning. Stay tuned — we’re looking forward to many more events like this throughout the year!

We’re also very proud to have partnered on today’s event with the Jewish Dental Student Association and are excited to keep growing this community together.

There’s nothing like the first night of Sukkot. 🌿✨

Everyone is still excited about the sukkah, the beautiful atmosphere outside, and getting to celebrate together — and this year, we got to open Sukkot with dozens of students around the table.

Add fresh sushi 🍣, singing, great energy, and absolutely perfect weather… we really couldn’t have asked for a better night.

And no, we don’t have pictures 😅 Sukkot had already begun before the event started, so we weren’t able to take any.

But trust us — there wasn’t an empty seat in the sukkah. ❤️

And we’re just getting started. We can’t wait to see everyone at the rest of our Sukkot events this week!
