Although we do not sell any bikes, parts, or accessories; there is a full repair shop for students to work on their bikes. Bike technicians will be nearby to offer their assistance or do the work for you on light repairs. VCU RamBikes is here to help you get started and to keep pedaling – for fun, for health, for efficient use of time, for competition, for your community, for the environment, and for your enjoyment.

🏕️ Hello campers - WE ARE BACK!! Camp Spokes is in its 6th iteration 😮 and we are so excited to welcome campers new & old back to the fold 💛🩵💚

What is camp spokes you ask?? This is a weeklong FREE bike adventure day camp 🚲 for Middle and High school girls and gender diverse youth where you will learn:
⭐️ light bike mechanics
⭐️ beginner mountain biking skills
⭐️ how to make unique crafts for your bike
⭐️ and more outdoor activities!

The best part? (let’s be honest it’s all the best part..) no need to have a bike before signing up for this adventure, you’ll receive a bike at camp to keep!!

This years dates:
High school June 8th - 12th
Middle School June 22nd - 28th

When you were a young boy, your father took you into the city to see a marching band - but did he teach you how to fix-a-flat??? 😤😤 Probably not but hey, we got you; the first workshop of our spring series is happening here at Rambikes THIS THURSDAY at 4:30pm!! ❤️‍🔥 Come get your hands dirty at our fix-a-flat class, where everyone will get the experience of swapping out and patching a tube. Discover the difference between a flat caused by debris in the road and a flat caused by low air pressure. ✨🌬️🔮🏔️HARK ❄️☃️🧊✨While we are HONORED to meet your many basic, psychological, and self-fulfillment bicycle needs, a blanket of snow fallen over the vast and rolling land of VCU campus, a signal that it is time for RamBikes to hibernate for the winter interlude. Fear not!! We return in the new year in the month of January on the 12th day, in the year of 2026. Big thanks to for shouting out ye olde RamBikes and the excellent partners we get to work with around Richmond in this year’s announcement of bicycle friendly universities. VCU is one of just 31 universities in the US, but let’s be real it’s because there are so many bike groups, community orgs, and good people working on biking accessibility, education, events, trails, experiences and more in this city!!!
