Crime Camp 2026 -- Indiana University East, July 1, 2026. Indiana University East College of Arts and Sciences, led by Dr. Mengie Parker, Professor of Criminal Justice and KT Lowe, Associate Librarian of Instruction and Outreach at IUE, and other faculty members from the former School of Indiana University East School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the former School of Natural Science and Mathematics participated in several workshops throughout the day. The Schools of Humanities and Social Sciences and Natural Science and Mathematics merged to become the College of Arts and Sciences on July 1, 2026

Students from the Introduction to Public History course have created a historical exhibition titled Forged on Rough Roads: The Garrett Brothers’ Local Legacy and Innovative Wheel Design. The exhibit opens with an event on Tuesday, April 28, from 11:00 to 12:15 in the IU East Library to showcase their work. Please join us to celebrate their hard work!
