Members of the IU East Student Nurses Association recently attended the 74th Annual National Student Nurses’ Association (NSNA) Convention, held April 8–11 in Houston, Texas. A total of 24 IU East nursing students participated in this national event, made possible through the support of the IU East School of Nursing and the East Indiana Area Health Education Center.
The convention provided students with invaluable opportunities to learn, grow professionally, network with peers, and draw inspiration from nursing leaders from across the country. Several students also represented IU East through poster presentations, highlighting their academic and professional achievements.

Congratulations to Women’s Cross Country team members Emily Fleming (BSN sophomore) and Kayci Hill (pre-nursing student) on their participation in the NAIA National Championship. They will be representing IU East tomorrow at the event in Tallahassee, Florida.
