Urban Girl Yarns Owner/Artist Shelia Anderson I dye natural fibers. I love wool, alpaca, and cotton. My eye typically goes to bold colors I recently started dyeing yarn. I love everything about it.

For right now, I dye out of my home. I don't smoke or have a cat (she recently went to kitty heaven), so your yarn will not have any unwanted elements. I hope one day to be one of the premier yarn dyers in the United States. I typically get my inspiration from the State that I now call home, Virginia. My urban environment provides me with much of the colors that I dye, but Virginia has some of the

most beautiful beaches and the mountains are amazing.Richmond, where I reside has so many talented artist, thanks to my University VCU being one of the biggest art schools on the East Coast. I try to capture and present some of the art work that I see in yarn. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I went and got a couple of news bras yesterday. This is how I felt. The lady took one look at me, walked out without even measuring me, came back with a bra that had a cup size I’ve never seen and strapped me in. I felt like I had purchased a new luxury car.
