Finals week has officially entered the chat… 😂📚

We know it’s easy to lose track of the days, forget to eat, and survive on caffeine alone, but don’t forget to take care of YOU while you finish strong!

✨ Eat something
💧 Drink plenty of water
😴 Get some sleep when you can
🧠 Take short breaks to reset your brain
🚶‍♀️ Step away from your study materials for a few minutes
📚 Break big tasks into smaller, manageable goals
❤️ Give yourself some grace, you’ve made it this far!

You’ve got this, MCTC! Finish strong, take care of yourself, and remember that one test does not define all the hard work you’ve put in. 🖤❤️
