Welcome to the Virginia Beta SEC Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. From our origins in 1901, SigEp has strived to be different. What sets us apart from the typical fraternity are principles that were instilled in this great organization by its 12 founders. Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love are the cardinal principles that every SigEp lives by. From day one of our resurgence in 2008 at VCU, we have grown from the generic brand of ordinary men to a family of balanced men.

Last weekend our chapter had the honor to award our annual Balanced Man Scholarship winners at our Scholarship Banquet! The scholarship awarded a total of $2000 to young men who exhibit the values of SigEp outside our fraternity. This year the VA Beta Chapter would like to congratulate our winner, Justin Tran! And the runners up, Elijah Lister and Thomas Nguyen!

A special thanks to the alumni speaker, Matthew Gonzalez, and keynote speaker, Brian Tenclinger, for speaking at the event. And a big thank you to the brothers of the UVA VA Eta Chapter for also attending!
