Today we honor the life, legacy, and impact of Malcolm X, a leader whose voice inspired the upcoming generations to pursue knowledge as well to think critically, and stand boldly in the face of injustice.
Celebrated on the third Friday of May or the 19th of May which is his birthday, Malcolm X Day recognizes his contributions to civil rights, Black empowerment, education, and social justice, while continuing to inspire communities to lead with purpose and unity.
His message continues to inspire people everywhere to pursue knowledge, unity, and positive change within their communities.
