Wellness Tips
🎯 Mindset Shift
This period is temporary. Focus on progress, not perfection.
Celebrate small wins—finishing a paper, reviewing notes, showing up.
đŸ“” Digital Balance: Reduce Overload
Limit doomscrolling—it drains time and energy fast.
Try app timers or put your phone in another room during study blocks.
🏁 End-of-Year Mindset
You’re not failing—you’re finishing.
Done > perfect. Always.
Every assignment submitted = a win. Celebrate it like one 🎉

Wednesday Wellness Tips.
1. Study smarter, not longer
At this point, efficiency matters more than raw hours. Focus on high-impact review: past exams, key concepts, and summaries. Try active recall (quizzing yourself) instead of just rereading notes—it’s much more effective when time is tight.
2. Manage stress before it manages you
Deadlines, finals, and projects can pile up fast. Build in short “reset” breaks—10–15 minutes to walk, breathe, or step away from screens. Even brief pauses can lower stress and improve focus when you return.
3. Stay connected (don’t isolate yourself)
It’s easy to go into tunnel mode, but checking in with friends, classmates, or study groups can boost motivation and mental health. Even a quick group study session or shared break can help you feel less overwhelmed.
