1. Study smarter, not longer
At this point, efficiency matters more than raw hours. Focus on high-impact review: past exams, key concepts, and summaries. Try active recall (quizzing yourself) instead of just rereading notesâitâs much more effective when time is tight.
2. Manage stress before it manages you
Deadlines, finals, and projects can pile up fast. Build in short âresetâ breaksâ10â15 minutes to walk, breathe, or step away from screens. Even brief pauses can lower stress and improve focus when you return.
3. Stay connected (donât isolate yourself)
Itâs easy to go into tunnel mode, but checking in with friends, classmates, or study groups can boost motivation and mental health. Even a quick group study session or shared break can help you feel less overwhelmed.
