SDZ sponsors three youth auxiliary groups: the Archonette Club for girls ages 14 - 18, the Amicette Club for girls ages 9 - 13, and the Pearlette Club for ages 4 - 8. h Conference in Richmond for local youths who are in any of the three clubs. The conference showcased leaders in the community as well as different workshops with the goal of empowering the young girls in a variety of areas from nutrition, education, to even dealing with adversity in their young lives.
