Welcome to our newest class of Spiders – they're breaking records already!

A few fun stats about the class of 2030:
👋🏼 There are about 870 first-year students in this class
👨🏻‍💻 We received more than 18,000 applications
🌎 Students come from 40 states and U.S. territories, and 28 countries
💼 184 have completed at least one internship
🏅341 earned at least one varsity letter during high school

Today, we celebrated Investiture – the official welcome into Richmond College for first-year students, complete with signing the honor pledge, receiving the class coin, and revealing the class flag. Congrats, Spiders! ❤️💙🕷️

For the next four years, it will hang in the Commons where students gather. At Commencement, it will be on display as we celebrate Spiders becoming alumni. And then at future Reunion Weekends, it will welcome our alumni back to campus.
