As our student commencement speaker, Ben Nguyen, '26, shared a story of a bus driver in his hometown in Vietnam opening the side door to let him out a little closer to home than the nearest official stop.

He realized in time that this bus driver wasn't preoccupied with finding the perfect path, but was open to whatever side doors appeared, even if they weren't the obvious choice.

" Class of 2026, wherever your journey leads next, I hope you keep your eyes open for the side doors." ❤️💙🕷️
