Grace Adofoli, an award-winning global speaker, adviser, coach, and consultant, is our Fall 2025 Innovator in Residence, a program that showcases individuals who exemplify the application of innovation within their organizations and communities.

Grace is also a UWRF alumna!

Hold on to your hat for a bit about Grace at UWRF: She was the recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Students and the UW System’s Outstanding Woman of Color Award, as well as an active TRIO SSS scholar and McNair scholar. She has received the Wisconsin Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel (WAEOPP), WI TRIO Association TRIO Achiever Award, and the Educational Opportunity Association (EOA) Achiever Award, which is presented by our regional TRIO and college access association.

Adofoli will share insights into innovation, transformation, and people-centered leadership—empowering students, faculty, and community members to think creatively, act courageously, and embrace innovation as a driving force for positive change.
