Dear Falcon Community,

Thank you for reaching out with your kind words and support. I would like to clarify some misunderstandings regarding the DIB Director's position. Although the Director’s position has been eliminated due to university budget reductions, the management of DIBs will be overseen by the Executive Director of Student Success and staff members. In the meantime, the DIB office remains open and an accessible space for students. This includes being a place for meetings, hanging out, and studying. The University is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students, recognizing the importance of creating a community where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

Dear Falcon Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some important news with you. Due to recent organizational changes, my position has been eliminated, and I will be departing from my role on March 21. It has been a privilege and a joy to work alongside such dedicated and inspiring individuals. I am truly grateful for the opportunities I've had to learn, grow, and contribute to our community.

To students, thank you for your enthusiasm and the energy you bring every day. To faculty and staff, your commitment and passion have been a constant source of motivation for me. While I am saddened to leave, I am excited to see the continued success and achievements of this incredible community.

Please feel free to stay in touch. I wish you all the very best in your future endeavors and look forward to hearing about the many accomplishments that lie ahead.
