UW-River Falls Freddy's Dairy Bar

UW-River Falls Freddy's Dairy Bar Located in room 212A of the Agricultural Science building at UW-River Falls. Our fall semester hours are 11:00-5:00 M-F.

University students have been proudly hand crafting cheese and ice cream in the University's own pilot dairy plant for over thirty years. Students use only fresh milk brought to the processing facility from the UWRF Mann Valley Farm. Under the direct supervision of licensed faculty, students gain practical experience in production, sanitation and quality assurance. Delight in the flavor of all Fal
