Meet the firms ‘26 is TOMORROW (Thursday, October 15, 2026)💼⭐️
MEET THE FIRMS is the Zapara School of Business’s networking event, bringing together organizations from industries such as accounting, finance, marketing, nonprofits, and more. students will meet professionals, learn about career paths, and explore internship and job opportunities. you don’t need to be graduating, a business major, or a returning student to attend! it’s designed for students at EVERY stage, from every part. No registration required, just show up! 💫
Preparation helps you make a STRONG first impression. your introduction should cover your name, year, major, and an area you’re interested in. If you don’t have a résumé yet, you’re still encouraged to attend. Come ready to have a conversation! looking up a few firms beforehand lets you ask thoughtful questions, and an updated LinkedIn makes it easy to stay connected afterward 🤝
It’s NEVER too early to start building your professional network. Meet the Firms lets you learn about different industries directly from people working in them, which is especially helpful if you’re still deciding on a career path. early connections often lead to internships and mentorships later on, and firms remember students who take initiative 🫂
