It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Rebecca “Becky” Duff, a beloved educator, colleague, alumna, and member of our program family.

Dr. Duff dedicated many years to educating and mentoring students at Jefferson College of Health Sciences and later at Radford University Carilion following the merger. As a proud JCHS alumna herself, she brought a deep passion for the program and profession, and she cared deeply about the success and growth of her students.

Many alumni will remember Becky for her kindness, encouragement, knowledge, and unwavering commitment to teaching. Her impact reached far beyond the classroom, and her legacy will continue through the countless students and colleagues whose lives she touched over the years.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, former students, colleagues, and all who knew and loved her.

We invite alumni and friends to share memories, stories, or messages as we honor and remember Dr. Duff and the lasting impact she had on our community.
