RIT School of Photographic Arts and Sciences Professor Greg Halpern and his students took in the beauty of the Medina Triennial during a class field trip! Temporary shelter from the rain was provided by the "Floating Garden," artist Mary Mattingly's installation that students and faculty collaborated on.

Greg, himself, is a featured artist in the , which is in its closing days. Catch it through Monday, Sept. 7!

The world lost a legend earlier this week when Dolly Parton died at the age of 80. Clay Patrick McBride, assistant professor in our Photo School, had the pleasure of photographing the country music singer-songwriter in 2003 at Dollywood for PARADE Magazine. 🪩🎤🌟

“Ultimate star power!” Clay said of the experience. “She is like a disco ball. When she walks in the room, everything is illuminated.”
