Formed in 2010, EMBS@OU is a student affiliate of the global Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, one of forty societies of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Although associated closely with the Engineering Biology program here at Oakland we welcome all students interested in biomedical engineering. We provide an informal gathering place for meeting students wit

h similar interests, tips and leads on the current job market, contacts for internships and lab positions, and reports back from the latest conferences and presentations questions about and experiences from OU Engineering Biology courses.
