Only 208 business schools in the nation earned a spot on this list, which evaluates academic rigor, career outcomes, and student experiences.

From the classroom to the Caribbean! 🚢☀️

Students in the "Navigating the Cruise Industry" study-abroad course spent the Spring 2026 semester taking a deep dive into global cruise operations under the guidance of Dr. Edwin Torres, chair of the Department of International Hospitality and Service Innovation.

In May, the learning went beyond the classroom as the group traveled to Miami to meet with top industry executives before boarding a ship for an unforgettable 7-day Caribbean cruise! 🌴💼

Funds to support students on the cruise were provided by the Statler Foundation, which offers scholarships for study abroad in the hotel industry, as well as for faculty research and other academic endeavors.

Saunders College of Business hosted a group of high school students for an immersive, overnight, on-campus experience, as part of Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession (COAP).

COAP “provides real insight into how CPAs influence the business world. The program is an important component of the New York State Society of CPAs' (NYSSCPA) efforts to recruit an increased number of students into the accounting profession, with a particular focus on those from underrepresented groups.”
