From interpreting to mentoring to organizational leadership, Rebecca DeSantis ’10 has built a career centered on community and creating accessible communication.

Rebecca credits her RIT/NTID education, faculty mentors, and experiences in the interpreting program with giving her the foundation and confidence to pursue opportunities far beyond what she initially imagined.

Today, she serves as associate director of RGC Access in New Mexico, where she helps support and mentor the next generation of interpreters.
