Welcoming the RW Jimmy F. Haynes Class of 2026

On behalf of the Brothers of Eureka Lodge No. 36, we proudly congratulate and welcome our newest Master Masons, the RW Jimmy F. Haynes Class of 2026.

🔹 Brother Devon Reynolds (Class President)
🔹 Brother David Piotter
🔹 Brother Pierre Dorancy

Brothers, we are incredibly proud of each of you for the long and meaningful journey you have completed. Your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to the Craft have not gone unnoticed. You have proven yourselves worthy of this moment, and today we welcome you fully as Brothers among us.

As you take this next step, know that this is only the beginning. We look forward to building with you, strengthening our Lodge, and putting you to work as we continue to serve our community with purpose, unity, and integrity. The labor is plenty, and we are grateful to have you standing beside us.

This class is named in honor of our beloved and dearly departed Brother, RW Jimmy F. Haynes, who faithfully served as the 60th Worshipful Master of Eureka Lodge No. 36 from 1992–1994. He was more than a leader within our Lodge—he was a mentor, a friend, and a pillar of strength whose dedication to the timeless principles of Freemasonry inspired all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Brother Haynes’ unwavering commitment to service, integrity, and fellowship left an indelible mark on our fraternal chain and on the broader community he loved so dearly. It is with deep respect, gratitude, and pride that we honor his legacy through this class, ensuring that his light, labor, and example continue to live on through the Brothers who follow in his footsteps.

Congratulations, Brothers—welcome home. @topfansMost Worshipful Prince Hall GL New York

MLK Day Message from the Brothers of Eureka Lodge #36 F.& A.M. PHA - Rochester New York

On this Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Brothers of Eureka Lodge No. 36 pause to honor the life, legacy, and enduring vision of a man who challenged our nation to live up to its highest ideals. Dr. King reminded us that true leadership is rooted in service, moral courage, and a commitment to justice for all.

His message calls each of us to examine our own life’s blueprint—to build our character on integrity, brotherhood, compassion, and selfless service. As Masons, we are guided by these same principles, striving to be examples in our families, our communities, and our daily conduct.

Today, we recommit ourselves to the work Dr. King championed: uplifting our communities, standing for what is right, and leaving a legacy that reflects love, unity, and progress. May we continue to labor faithfully so that future generations inherit a world shaped by justice and peace.

“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’”
— Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
