The Milton and Edith Brown Scholarship Fund was established in honor of Milton Brown, Alpha-Chi 1894. Brother Brown was a Presbyterian Clergyman who served as Grand Beta from 1928-1933 and also served as Traveling Secretary; a position which allowed him to visit Chi Phi Chapters across the country. The Scholarship Fund itself was created in 2002 as a means of supporting Alpha-Chi Brothers in their academic endeavors.

CONGRATULATIONS to this year's recipient and Circle of Scholars Honoree, Adrian Enrique, Alpha-Chi 2027! We sincerely wish you all the best!

Following his passing in 2014, the family of Richard Taylor, Gamma 1961, wanted to honor his legacy in a way he had always dreamed. Education had played a critical role in his success, both professionally and personally, and Brother Taylor was an outspoken advocate in ensuring that his own children had the opportunity to get a top-notch education. In recognition of this, the Taylor Family generously endowed this scholarship to be awarded to Brothers who exhibit outstanding leadership qualities, strong character of heart, and the grit to get things done.

CONGRATULATIONS to this year's recipient of the Richard Taylor Leadership Scholarship: Asa Barnhart, Xi Delta 2026!

Dr. Jim Soderquist, Alpha 1967, Epsilon 2014, has spent his life devoted to Chi Phi and its mission to Build Better Men. Over the years, Brother Soderquist has served as an Advisor, Trustee, Trust Chairman, Grand Beta as well as Grand Alpha. Upon the conclusion of his final year as Grand Alpha, Dr. Soderquist, along with other esteemed Alumni, wanted to create a Scholarship Fund dedicated to helping National Office Staff employees and those that have dedicated service (of at least two years) to Chi Phi to pursue their educational dreams. As a result, the Soderquist Service & Staff Scholarship came to fruition.

CONGRATULATIONS to our recipients this year: Danny Lynch, Gamma Zeta 2026, and Nicholas Medina, Lambda Zeta 2008! Thank you for your commitment to Chi Phi, and we wish you the best of luck this upcoming year!

Established by the Brothers and friends of the Eta Chapter, the Blonder/Wadley Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of Michael Blonder, Eta 1979, and Steve Wadley, Eta 1978--two compassionate leaders, successful businessmen, and Brothers who embodied the very best of the Chi Phi spirit.

Created to support first-generation college students in recognition of their academic achievement, the scholarship gives preference to Brothers from Georgia Chapters while remaining open to first-generation students across the Fraternity.

Congratulations to the inaugural recipient of the Blonder/Wadley Memorial Scholarship, Wyaht Franco, Rho Delta 2024!

Upon his Initiation into the Rho Chapter at Lafayette College, Richard S. Gilbert, Rho 1962, immediately began demonstrating his impressive leadership skills. His passion for supporting Brothers, both locally and nationally, grew as he served as the Rho Alumni Association President, a Regional Alumni Counselor, multiple positions on the Grand Council (including Grand Alpha), and even as a Trustee and later as Executive Director of the Educational Trust. Brother Gilbert’s ingenuity, leadership, and passion are just a few of the pivotal reasons why Chi Phi has seen so much success throughout the years. Inspired by the powerful influence the Fraternity had throughout his life, he established this scholarship which will now provide an academic award to Brothers whose major degree program is Mechanical Engineering.

CONGRATULATIONS to the second recipient of this scholarship: Marc Vidal, Beta 2027. We have no doubt you will honor Brother Gilbert with your accomplishments!
