Jerry Clark. Shaky Legs offers both inshore and offshore fishing charters based out of Little Harbor Marina in Ruskin, Florida. Capt. Jerry was born and raised in Valrico, FL just outside of Tampa, FL. He attended Bloomingdale High School and graduate with the class of 2008. He played varsity football and baseball for the Bulls. on 2 Bethel University in McKenzie TN, where he played LT on the offensive line and TE. After returning home in 2009, Capt. Jerry spent all of his free time fishing. He was taught to fish in both Tampa Bay and offshore by his grandpa Ken (Kenny) Adams who was a fishing legend in Gibsonton, FL. He has fished both inshore and offshore from Jupiter, FL all the way to the Florida Keys, and all the way from Crystal River to the Ten Thousand Islands.
