📢 Arkansas Tech Career Center is Hiring!

The Arkansas Tech Career Center is accepting applications for a Student Success and Academic Services Coordinator.

This position plays an important role in helping students succeed from recruitment and enrollment through academic advising, program completion, and career preparation. The coordinator will work closely with students, families, partner high schools, faculty, and staff to support educational and workforce pathways.

📍 Location: Arkansas Tech Career Center in Russellville
📅 Application deadline: July 28, 2026

Applicants must have an associate degree in education, business, public administration, or a related field, along with at least one year of relevant experience.

Students who wish to pursue career education and technical training provided by Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus will have the opportunity to do so in Russellville during the fall 2026 semester!

The evening classes will take place at Arkansas Tech Career Center in the program areas of automotive service technology, air conditioning and refrigeration/facilities maintenance and welding technology. Business English and technical math will also be offered.

Below is the list of classes offered along with the corresponding days and times:

Automotive: Intro to Auto Drivetrains, Tuesdays 5-8 p.m.
Advanced Auto Electronics, Thursdays 5-8 p.m.
Facilities Maintenance: Carpentry, Tuesdays 5:30-7:20 p.m.
Welding: Position Welding, Tuesdays 5-8:20 p.m. and Thursdays 7-8:20 p.m.
Metallurgy, Thursdays 5-6:50 p.m.
Business English, Wednesdays 5:30-8:20 p.m.
Technical Math, Tuesdays 5:30-8:20 p.m. (Morton Hall)
