On Thursday, May 21, Felician University proudly celebrated its 62nd Commencement Ceremony, honoring more than 500 graduates from the Schools of Business & Information Sciences, Nursing, Arts & Sciences, and Education. 🎓

The ceremony featured inspiring remarks from Salutatorian Vitaly Vargas, Valedictorian Matthew Greenway, and commencement speaker Mark D. Sparta, Chief Operating Officer of Hackensack Meridian Health, who encouraged graduates to lead with confidence, courage, and purpose.

As President Dr. Mildred Mihlon shared, “As you step into what’s next, carry this truth with you: Felician will always be your home." Congratulations to the Class of 2026 as they begin their next chapter and carry the Felician spirit into the world.👏

The Spark of the Divine Award celebrates the life and spirit of Sr. Theresa Mary Martin, Felician University president for 26 years, who nurtured the “Spark of the Divine” in every Felician student and cultivated an enduring campus culture of compassion and excellence.
