College of St. Joseph College of St. Joseph is a Catholic college founded in 1956. Our college stands on a 117-acre wooded campus in the heart of the Green Mountains.

Suspended operation in May 2019. The College of St. Joseph page is maintained by the Communications Office and provides news and information about people, programs, accomplishments and events at the College. We are deeply saddened by the passing of Tom Beland, former CSJ Dir. of Maintenance. Tom was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in March of this year. While he fought valiantly with his family and friends by his side, he succumbed to the illness this week. He was surrounded by love and at peace at the time he was called Home. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and all his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 9 from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm at Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 10 at 2:00 pm in Tuttle Hall at College of St. Joseph with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend.
