October 9, Elk Grove Police Department conducted the afternoon workshop, covering DUI. Officer Taylor and Officer Heron covered proper DUI procedure and talked through real life scenarios. Overall, an excellent training session with students practicing real FST techniques to hone their skills.

October 9, LECS workout conducted by Officer Johnathan Taylor of the Elk Grove PD was extremely challenging. Starting off with a 2 mile perimeter run and concluded with an intense cardio workout made up of over 300 burpees. Solid workout that they can build upon.
