NAMI On Campus at CSUS NAMI on Campus is a student-run organization at Sac State that addresses mental health issues to red Welcome to NAMI on Campus at Sac State.

NAMI on Campus clubs are student-led clubs that tackle mental health issues on campus by raising mental health awareness, educating the campus community, supporting students, promoting services and supports and advocating. These clubs are open to all students, whether they live with a mental health condition, are a family member or friend, or have an interest in mental health. NAMI on Campus clubs

aim to address the mental health needs of all students so they have positive, successful and rewarding college experiences.

Hello NAMI on Campus Members! 😁
We hope you’ve been having a wonderful summer! As we get ready for the Fall 2026 semester, we’re excited to announce that we are opening an officer position for Treasurer for the 2026–2027 academic year! ✨
Are you passionate about ending the stigma surrounding mental health? Interested in building your leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills while being part of a people-focused team? This could be the opportunity for you! 🫶🏽

NO PRIOR TREASURER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! However, applicants should be prepared to take on the responsibilities of the position and consistently fulfill related duties.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a current Sac State student for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 semesters
• Must consider your schedule, availability, and ability to consistently commit to the role
• All elected officers will join an officer group chat and coordinate a meeting with the NAMI on Campus President to review club responsibilities and tasks
• The Treasurer must complete the mandatory Nuts & Bolts workshop offered by Student Organizations & Leadership (SO&L)

Feeling the semester pick up speed? You’re not alone 🤍

Join us for our next NAMI on Campus general meeting on April 28th at 5:30 PM via Zoom. We’ll be taking time to slow down together with meditation and grounding, and opening up space to talk about the stress we’ve been carrying lately.

Join us for our Out of the Darkness poster making social on April 14th from 5:30–6:30 PM on the 3rd floor of the University Library!

We’re excited to bring back this yearly tradition as we get ready for the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk for Su***de Prevention. Poster making is a fun way to connect with our members, get involved with campus events, and create something meaningful for the walk.

All poster making supplies will be provided, so just bring yourself and your creativity. Whether you’re joining our team for the walk or walking with a different team, we’d still love to have you come make posters with us.

Join us on Thursday April 16th for the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk for Su***de Prevention in front of the WELL 💙

We will be tabling starting at 4:00 PM before the event begins, talking about our club, helping out with the event, and getting ready to walk together as a team. If you are interested in joining our team for the walk, you can find the link in our bio.

The event will include tabling, speeches, finding the beads that best represent our stories and what this walk means to us, and the walk itself. This is always such a meaningful event and a chance to come together, raise awareness, support one another, and honor those affected by su***de.
