Happy 40th Birthday to my daughter, Dr. Martina P. McGhee! 🎉✨

Whew… forty. Where has the time gone? One minute you’re my baby, and the next you’re out here living beautifully, leading boldly, and making your mama proud in ways I can’t even put into neat little words.

Martina, I love you more than you could ever measure. I’m grateful for the woman you are—your brilliance, your heart, your faith, your resilience, and the way you show up for the people you love. You have always had a light, and watching that light grow stronger over the years has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

And listen… we’re not letting this milestone slide by quietly. 😄 In a few weeks, we’ll be celebrating you the best way—together, with your sisters, making memories in Costa Rica. Sunshine, laughter, sisterhood, and a whole lot of love… just the way you deserve.

So excited to share some wonderful news at St. Kate’s! 🌟

I am thrilled to be working even more closely with Anupama Pasricha, PhD, as she steps into her new role as President’s Senior Fellow for Leadership Integration, beginning January 5, 2026.

Dr. Pasricha has served St. Catherine University with extraordinary faithfulness, wisdom, and heart. Her commitment to our mission and to the holistic development of our students, faculty, and staff has been evident in every role she has held. Leadership development across our entire campus—and extending into our broader community—is not just important; it is essential to who we are and who we aspire to be.

As I shared in the announcement:
