Congratulations to Dr. Gavriel Meirovich on his recent publication!

“Centralization Versus Decentralization: Delineation of General Advantages and Contingency Factors, which was published in the Journal of the Academy of Business Education."

The paper presents a structured description of the advantages of centralization and decentralization and contingency factors making these advantages more salient under particular circumstances. The presented structured approach provides would-be managers with solid tools for the practical application of these concepts in complicated organizational reality.

Faculty Research Spotlight!

Congratulations to Dr. Hongtao Guo from Salem State University’s Bertolon School of Business, whose recent co-authored article has been published in the Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting.

The study introduces a new machine learning approach to cash flow forecasting, improving prediction accuracy by combining firm-level insights with cross-sectional data. This breakthrough supports better decision-making in valuation, credit analysis, and risk management.
