Announcing the Joy and Wayne Jordan PITCH Competition @ Roanoke College! We are thrilled to announce that alumni and lifelong entrepreneurs, Joy and Wayne Jordan, have given a gift to our School to fund the award for our annual (spring semester) PITCH competition!

This competition is a Shark Tank-style competition open to any Roanoke College student. Past winners include Ethan Stevenson (RETIRE boardgame) and Katherine Vaughan Moulse (silk flower rental company). Starting this year, the Jordan's generous gift will cover the cash prizes for the competition ($3,000 for 2026!)

Be on the lookout for a call for the spring competition so you can come pitch your business idea to a panel of judges.

Imagine going to work every day and doing something you feel a calling to do. The Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Innovation (CLEI) is committed to helping students discover that passion and providing them with the know-how needed to turn their ideas into viable business innovations.
