We’re just days away from our next Atkinson Community Roundtable, bringing together Willamette students, community members, and leaders to explore some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing our region.

On October 29, we’ll welcome Nik Blosser, State of Oregon Chief AI Strategist, to the Atkinson School for a timely conversation about Artificial Intelligence in Oregon State Government.

How can Oregon use AI effectively and ethically to serve the public? Blosser will share an overview of the state’s current efforts to implement AI in government before opening the conversation for an audience Q&A.

Last month, Willamette University’s Executive Development Center had the opportunity to present to Oregon’s Project Management User Group (PMUG), sharing agile best practices and lessons learned from supporting professionals through the Oregon Project Management Certificate Program (OPMCP).

Designed specifically for project management professionals working within Oregon state agencies, OPMCP provides practical tools and strategies participants can bring directly back to their teams, projects, and organizations.
