🤖 AI can make communication faster, but can it make it better?

A recent Harvard Business Review IdeaCast explores how leaders are using AI to synthesize information, structure ideas, prepare for difficult conversations, and rehearse high-stakes communication. The discussion also highlights an important leadership challenge: maintaining judgment, empathy, accountability, critical thinking, and an authentic human voice when using AI.
