Seeing a hold on your account after using your military education benefits? No need to worry! Once we submit your certification to the VA, the Veterans Support Center places a hold on your account for that semester.

✅ You’ll see a hold for each semester you use your benefits.
✅ The hold is connected to your certification.
✅ It does not affect future semesters.

Have questions about the hold or your benefits? We’re here to help!

🚨 POST-9/11 BENEFICIARIES: IMPORTANT REMINDER 🚨

Seeing a tuition balance on your student account while you wait for the VA to process your benefits? Don’t panic!

If you submitted your RFB on time, you are on the “No-Drop List.” You do not need to make tuition and fee payments while the VA is processing your benefits. You may still receive automated Bursar emails about your balance or potential drop—these do not mean you need to make a payment.

You may also see a $0 tuition and fees enrollment from the VA initially. This is part of the required dual-certification process, and your actual tuition and fees will be reported later.

Questions or concerns? We’re here to help!
