Congratulations to Utah MBA Online alumna Maria Allen on being named one of Poets&Quants’ 2026 Best & Brightest Online MBAs! 🎉

Maria’s story is a great example of what makes the Eccles MBA Online experience so impactful: the flexibility to keep building a career while gaining the skills, confidence, and perspective to take on what comes next.

She recently stepped into a Vice President role at Goldenwest Credit Union, where she's focused on strategically growing the organization’s branches. In her feature, Maria shares how the MBA helped prepare her for that next level of leadership, what stood out about her relationships with Eccles faculty, and why the program’s online format provided the right balance of flexibility and meaningful connection.

Congratulations, Maria, on this well-deserved recognition!

We’re proud to announce that our University of Utah David Eccles School of Business MBA Online program was ranked No. 14 overall and No. 10 among U.S. public schools in The Princeton Review’s Top 50 Online MBA Programs for 2027. 🏆

Designed for working professionals, the MBA Online program combines the flexibility of online learning with rigorous coursework, accessible faculty, and a highly connected student experience. Students learn from the same faculty who teach on campus while applying what they learn directly to challenges in their careers and organizations.

Student feedback played a significant role in the ranking, with praise for the program’s “phenomenal” professors, responsive staff, and collaborative online environment. We're incredibly thankful for all of our students, faculty, and staff who have helped the Eccles MBA Online experience earn national recognition.
