Jordan is a Sales Representative with Mueller Metals, where she's built her career in the trailer manufacturing industry — often as the only woman in the room. Beyond work, she leads a Girl Scout troop, mentors women entering the industry, and shows her daughter that circumstances never have to determine your destination.

Joanna is the owner of Leos Imports, a third-generation family business in downtown San Angelo carrying Mexican imports, traditional clothing, andmore. Started by her grandmother in 1999, the business has grown under Joanna's leadership to include a strong online presence — while staying true to sharing culture and tradition with the whole community.

Meet your next 20 Under 40 honoree, Jesse McIntyre!

Jesse is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Education for Angelo State's Master of Athletic Training Program, placing students in clinical settings across the region. An athletic trainer of 11 years, he also covers local middle and high school football and basketball games through Shannon Sports Medicine, keeping San Angelo's young athletes safe on and off the field.

Davin is Coordinator of High School Partnerships at Howard College, where she helps students find their path — whether that's a traditional degree, a trade program, or something in between. She's also co-owner of Luxe Seventy Six Boutique in downtown San Angelo, a family business she runs alongside her mother.

Chrysanthemum is the Systems Change Manager for Texas Homeless Network, leading Coordinated Entry across the largest Continuum of Care in the nation. A survivor herself, her work is guided by lived experience and a commitment to honoring her late sisters by closing the systemic gaps that shaped their lives — including her advocacy for co-sheltering, so no one has to choose between shelter and their companion animal.

Ashley is Chief of Staff at Angelo State University, where she executes the university's biggest ideas — including the development of The Nexus at Angelo State and new workforce-focused micro-credential programs. A San Angelo native and ASU alumna, she returned home in 2023 to help shape the university's next chapter after over a decade in community college leadership.
