Do not wait for International Teacher Appreciation Day. Today….this ordinary, extraordinary day…..is the moment to thank the guide who has chosen this path of service.
Express gratitude for the years of formation that allow her to meet each child with clarity and warmth. Thank her for the quiet heroism of remaining present when the work is invisible, for the courage to trust the child’s potential even when the path is not linear, for the faithfulness that turns a classroom into a living community of peace.

Like a mustard seed that grows into a tree large enough to shelter many, your daily work multiplies far beyond what any single eye can measure. Like the Montessori golden beads……precise, beautiful, ordered, and full of quiet power..you offer yourselves one shiny bead at a time: one observation, one presentation, one moment of true presence after another.
