We had such an amazing time at our Returning Member Social! It was so great getting to reconnect, catch up, and spend time together after the summer break.

Members got the chance to make their own keychains, a huge shoutout to our Director of Ambassadors, Maria, for the idea!!!

🚨 Next week, you’ll be able to find us tabling Monday through Thursday, so make sure to stop by, say hi, and learn more about the BSC!!!

🚨 We’ll also be hosting our BSC Prospective Member Mixer for anyone interested in joining BSC! This is the perfect opportunity to get to know our organization on a more personal level, meet our officers, connect with other prospective members, and learn more about the experiences, opportunities, and community that BSC has to offer!

Hey everyone! We are so excited to kick off an another amazing semester with the BSC! We hope everyone had an amazing summer, and a great first day of the Fall semester, and we’re wishing you all a successful, exciting, and memorable year ahead!

To start things off, BSC APPLICATIONS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN! Applications opened today and will close on September 6th at MIDNIGHT, so be sure to get yours submitted before the deadline! If you’re looking to grow professionally, build meaningful connections, develop your leadership skills, and become more involved within the Alvarez College of Business, BSC is a great place to start!

Tomorrow, be sure to stop by the Alvarez Student Success Center Open House! It’s an amazing resource to take advantage of throughout the semester and a great opportunity to meet new people, connect with others, and learn more about the support available to you as a student.

We’ll officially begin tabling on Wednesday, August 26th at the RSO Involvement Fair at the Alvarez College of Business! Come stop by, meet some of our members, ask questions, and learn more about what BSC has to offer. We’ll also be tabling again on Thursday, so you’ll have another chance to come see us!

RETURNING MEMBERS SOCIAL - CURRENT MEMBERS ONLY
We’ll be hosting our Returning Members Social on Thursday, August 27th from 5:30 PM–6:30 PM! This will be a great chance to reconnect, catch up after the summer, and officially kick off the semester together!

Applications for the Business Student Council are now OPEN!

If you’re interested in joining BSC, you can find more information and the application through the link in our bio. We also have a BSC Prospective Member GroupMe where you can connect with us, ask questions, and stay updated on everything happening throughout the recruitment process!

Be sure to submit your application by September 6 before midnight!

Also, keep an eye on our page for updates on where we’ll be tabling this week, as well as information about upcoming events and opportunities to learn more about BSC. We’re excited to meet all of you and can’t wait to see your applications!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet us, learn more about the Business Student Council, and see how the BSC can help you make the most of your college experience and prepare for your future.

The BSC is an opportunity to grow as an individual, build your professional skills, make meaningful connections, and become part of a community of motivated students. Whether you’re looking to get more involved within the college of business, expand your network, or start developing professionally, BSC is a great place to start!

As everyone is aware of what’s been going on with the university system, that will not stop us from having fun!

We would like to invite everyone to come and visit us at the 17th Annual Bienvenida, Alvarez College of Business Welcome Mixer! Bienvenida is a perfect chance to meet student organizations within the college of business, connect with new people, network, and just have a great time overall!

The Business Student Council will be set up at Bienvenida, so we would really appreciate that you come and stop by our table! Ask us about the organization, what we’re about, and what we can offer you! We’d be more than happy to tell you how the BSC can help set you up for the future.

One last thing, keep an eye out for the official application to join the BSC for the Fall 2026 semester! We will also post updates on future events, and where you can find us tabling around campus in the weeks to come!

We’re incredibly excited to kick off another semester, but before we look ahead, we want to take a moment to recognize two of our amazing outgoing officers!

Gabby and Carlo, have dedicated countless hours, hard work, and dedication into our organization, and we could not be more thankful for what they have contributed!

Gabby, has put countless hours into capturing the moments of the BSC. She documented our meetings and events, and managed and grew our social media presence. Gabby even helped grow our BSC Instagram to 1,000 followers!

Carlo, brought the same level of commitment to our org, especially the fundraisers. Whether it was raining, cold, or a 90-degree hot sunny day, he was there putting in the work to organize, set up, and make sure our fundraisers ran successfully.

We are appreciative of their hard work and commitment to the BSC! Their hard work did not unnoticed!

Although their time as officers may be coming to an end, we hope to continue seeing both of them and, of course, we hope to see them swing by our meetings and events!

We had an amazing time celebrating at our Spring Banquet and reflecting on everything our members accomplished this year. We were happy to recognize our award recipients and graduating seniors!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, our officers, members, and everyone who supported us throughout the semester. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment continue to make the Business Student Council such a special organization.

To our graduates once again, congratulations and thank you for the impact you’ve left on BSC. We can’t wait to see all the incredible things you accomplish next! 🎓

And to all of our members, we can’t wait to see your faces again in the fall semester for even more opportunities, memories, and growth!
