Rated one of the Top 5 Men’s College Tennis teams of all time, this team went on to have a 60-match winning streak🔥🔥
Congratulations to Lindsay Smith ‘03 on the women’s team‼️
Smith earned All-American honors all four years and helped lead the Tigers to the 2000 NCAA DIII National Championship and the finals in 2001🔥🔥
Congratulations to Butch Newman ‘65 for winning the Spirit of Trinity Award‼️
He is our current director of tennis and has embodied the Trinity spirit for nearly four decades. A member of the inducted 1963 men’s team, he returned to Trinity in 1986 as a head coach, eventually leading both the men’s and women’s team to a national championship🐯💪
