¡Feliz cumple!

Un día como hoy nació Elena Garro; cuentista, dramaturga, guionista, novelista y periodista mexicana. Una de la figuras más relevantes de la literatura mexicana del siglo XX, comúnmente relacionada con la corriente del realismo mágico: “escribir le confiere a Elena la fuerza para traspasar los límites entre la realidad y la imaginación, con derechos propios”, afirma Luzelena Gutiérrez, doctora en literatura hispánica.

“Inés: una metáfora de la libertad y la contaminación”, la reseña de Gutiérrez sobre “Inés”, una de las obras más reconocidas de Elena Garro. “Inés guarda una metáfora sobre el poder de los seres humanos para darse sus propias reglas y también en cuanto al poder de infringirlas mediante el mal”.
