The lecture will explore how the identity and experiences of Maryknoll Sister Ita Ford, one of the four U.S. churchwomen murdered by the El Salvadoran military in December 1980, shaped her relationships with host communities in Chile and El Salvador as she engaged in the work of Catholic foreign mission.
