That’s a wrap on our fall Screening Circle! This semester, we featured the Hulu series Muslim Matchmaker and were honored to welcome executive producers Smriti Mundhra and Senain Kheshgi, along with matchmakers Hoda Abrahim and Yasmin Elhady, for an inspiring conversation about culture, storytelling and authentic representation in media.
The evening celebrated community and creativity. Students enjoyed henna art, baklava and JMS tote bags while engaging in discussions and a Q&A with the panelists.

From behind-the-scenes insights to reflections on love, identity and representation, the conversation highlighted the power of storytelling to bring people together.

Thank you to everyone who joined, asked thoughtful questions and helped make this semester’s event a memorable success.
