Thank you all who were able to attend our Spring 2026 All Tutor Training!

Some advice for our new tutors:
1. Be yourself! Students will be comfortable with getting to know the most authentic you!
2. Building relationships takes time, your first day of tutoring is only when students start to get to know you.
3. Returning tutors are a great way to get support. They are a great choice for small questions or guidance.
4. Reach out to the Pathways Lead Tutors, They are also here to support you both with administrative tasks and tutoring as well.

Hello Tutors! As we approach fall break, we wanted to remind you of your second Tutor Training on November 21st 🍂 We will be having insightful learning activities, and work on improving our skills inside the classroom. This is a mandatory event, please reach out to Pathways if you cannot attend.

To start our fall break on a good note, we will be hosting a Tutorgiving for you all! Food, crafts, & games will be provided as you mingle with your fellow tutors. We hope you stick around after the training for our social event!
