Previous to his career in real estate, Fred had been Advertising and Marketing Coordinator for Macy's West for seven years. During that time, Fred also had great success at the renovation of residential properties and has great hands on perspective of the real estate industry. Fred's planning, market strategies, and problem solving enables his clients to maximize their performance in all of their real estate investments. As a top producer Fred has built his reputation as the "go to" person in Bay Area Real Estate. As a graduate of Loyola University with a combined degree in Business and Design, Fred brings to his real estate practice knowledge, background, and tremendous enthusiasm along with twenty-eight years of transactional experience to provide you with a comprehensive approach to your real estate needs. Fred has served as a founding member on the Pacific Union Community Fund Board of Directors, Chairperson of the Academy of Friends Executive Committee Corporate Sponsorship. He is a past Board President of MHR Aids Support Group and previous member of the University of California Health Project Board, and continues to be heavily involved with groups addressing the problems of child abuse, battered women, early childhood education and persons with HIV. In his spare time Fred enjoys spending time biking, swimming and traveling with his twin Son and Daughter.
