We are devoted to breaking the silence surrounding sexual assault, consent, & interpersonal assault culture on college campuses. Not On My Campus is a student-led organization dedicated to breaking the silence surrounding rape culture and starting the conversation about what we as students can do to put an end to sexual assault on and off campus. Not On My Campus was founded on the principles of o
wnership, awareness, and action and provides victims with resources and peer-to-peer support. The organization also takes the lead to educate the campus community about sexual violence and the university’s resources. Not On My Campus works to empower students to have the courage and tools they need to intervene whenever they may recognize a harmful situation. Not On My Campus is all about creating a campus community that does not tolerate sexual assault. NOMC stands as a community that helps represent survivors and bystanders alike across the entire campus. Our goal is to be filled with immense diversity. Founders, members, and leaders all initially started with a very strong Greek life roots. yet the entire organization as a whole is intended to reach out to all organizations and all diversities of the campus throughout the school year and it’s initiation to the Texas State Campus.
