A BIG congratulations are in order for our Ethics Bowl team who won 1st place at the Midwest Invitational at the University of Chicago!

Our amazing head coach, Zachary Poston, took students Andrew B., Andrew U., and Reece O. to Chicago, Illinois to bring home the trophy!

Our football team aren’t the only ones winning bowls! 🏆

The Religious Studies wing of our TXST Philosophy department invites everyone to attend the 2026 Gods and Monsters conference, held in Comal and Flowers hall Thursday March 26th - Saturday, March 28th. Please especially note our two keynote speakers, DeAnna Daniels and Kyle Crosby, both of whom will give excellent talks!

You can find the full conference schedule on our website. Please let me know if you have any questions or favorite monsters to share. I am especially partial to the Baku, the Japanese trunk-nosed, yokai who eats nightmares.
