Texas State University researchers have secured a $699,000 federal subaward to partner with the University of Virginia on a $1.7 million project titled IMPACT-PD. Funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences, the three-year study examines how school district decisions, budgets, and policies influence professional development for middle and high school special education teachers. Drs. Stephen Ciullo and Alyson Collins serve as co-principal investigators on the Texas State portion of the research.

We regret to inform everyone that the REC 3335 Pickleball Tournament, presented by Dr. Jo An Zimmerman's Advanced Recreation & Sport Programming class, has been cancelled.

The tournament was originally scheduled for Friday, October 23rd from 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM at Jowers Center, Gym #221 for Texas State students, faculty, and staff.
