Even before they set foot on campus, the newest class of Broncos got a warm introduction to the Santa Clara University family.

This summer, alumni hosted 27 send-off receptions across the globe, welcoming more than 500 Broncos from the Class of 2030, right in their own hometowns.

These get-togethers offered incoming students and their families a personal introduction to SCU, a head start on building their Bronco network, and a chance to ask some last-minute questions before move-in day.

They also gave alumni a meaningful way to welcome, mentor, and support the next generation.

Thank you to all of our hosts across the country who helped welcome the Class of 2030 to the herd! After all: Once a Bronco, always a Bronco. ❤️🌴

Are you ready to make a difference and reconnect with the SCU community? The SCU Career Center and Alumni Association are seeking SCU School of Engineering Undergraduate Alumni and College of Arts and Sciences Alumni to join as mentors in one of two of SCU's Career Mentorship programs.

Sunshine, summer, and a little ☀️

Before the Sullivan Aquatic Center became Santa Clara University’s primary aquatic facility, generations of Broncos had another favorite place to cool off.

This outdoor pool served as a summer escape for decades before it was closed and filled in during 2005. Where was it located?

💡Answer: Graham Hall.

Today, SCU students can make a splash at the Sullivan Aquatic Center, which serves as the university’s primary aquatic facility for campus recreation, lap swimming, and water polo.
